Application for use

The following procedures are required to use area, Signage and Bulletin Board in learning commons. When using the Learning Commons, please check the "Management and Operation of the Learning Commons" on "Guideline".

Reservation for the area in learning commons

How to make a reservation
Please submit an Application for Use Form at Information Counter or by e-mail.

*If you want to post the information about an event  to be held in the area you will be using  on the Learning Commons website or signage, please fill in the appropriate fields on the Application for Use Form.
*The handling of use and the application form of the Shinsokan Academic Plaza when it is closed are posted on the website for faculty staff.(Available to faculty and staff only.)

How to make a reservation
Please make a reservation at Information Counter.
●Necessities : Student ID Card
*Group Study Room is reserved priority seating, but when there are no reservations, this area can be used freely by individuals or groups. Reservations must be made at Information Counter until the day before the date of use.

Posting on Bulletin Board in Learning Commons

Postiong location
※Choose one of the following

(Imadegawa)
・Ryoshinkan 2nd floor: four Boards in front of the elevator, three Boards on the west side
・Ryoshinkan 3rd floor: two Boards on the left side in front of the elevator, five Boards on the west side
・Ryoshinkan 4th floor: two Boards in front of the elevator
(Kyotanabe)
・Larned Memorial Library 1st floor

How to make a reservation
Please submit the material you want to post to the office of Center for Learning Support and Faculty Development and obtain permission to post it. If you cannot come to the office, send it by e-mail. The approved postings will be stamped with a seal of approval. The applicant must post the approved materials at one of the locations listed above. After the posting period is over, the applicant must remove the postings himself/herself.
